Former Obama Organizers Surround the White House on November 6th
Posted on November 4, 2011 | 7 CommentsI am frustrated with the President I helped elect. I feel cheated. I have watched, bewildered by the line of Wall Street cronies appointed to positions in his cabinet. This is not what I worked so hard for. -

Posted on September 3, 2011 | 2 CommentsThis action has shown an inspiring level of collaboration from a wide variety of organizations and individuals. With countless lives on the line, this is what love looks like, and it will only grow. The choice you are making today is what side are you on. -

Posted on July 26, 2011 | 31 CommentsThe government's statement is clear. Tim has been sentenced to 2 years as punishment for his politics; for the uncompromising content of his speeches and organizing. This sentence is a call to action. For Tim's sacrifice to truly mean something, for the spark it ignites in each of us to burn, we all must take action. -
Time to Take a Stand: A DOI Activist’s View
Posted on May 2, 2011 | 2 CommentsThere is too much at stake. Choosing not to act would be in and of itself an act of violence against my children and hundreds of future generations. -
The Day They Lost Their Shackles
Posted on April 24, 2011 | 3 CommentsIf we are to prevail in this struggle--if we are to build that just, equitable world out of the competitive and destructive one we have now--many more will have to join those arrested at the Department of Interior. Many more will have to stand up and be counted and say that we are the Applachians, the Gulf Coast dwellers, the Albertans. It will not be easy, but if there's one thing I learned this weekend it is that none of us will have to do it alone.
