New Video: Direct Action at first U.S. Tar Sands mine halts road construction

 

 

On July 29, 2013 100-plus blockaders using nonviolent direct action halted construction on the expansion and paving of the road to America’s first commercial tar sands mine operated by Canadian fossil fuel tycoons (oddly named U.S. Oil Sands) near PR Springs, Utah.
